1. What’s the weather to Targoviste during the conference?
R: The weather is fine in October and the temperatures can rise at 28ºC; the weather is unsettled at mountain and can be cool. The temperatures can rarely fall below 5ºC. Please, see the site: http://vremea.infoturism.ro/vremea_Targoviste.php

2. Where will the trips arrange?
R: The trips’ll run to Peles Castle of Sinaia. Exceptionally, we can arrange the trips to the Bran Castle on this way. Site: http://www.romaniatourism.com/castles.html

3. I choose for a presentation of poster type and I can’t arrive in the first day of the conference, do I have to pay the affernt fees: the lunch, the festive dinner, bed and breakfast for the next day?
R: No

4. There are more authors who have written a paper. Is it necessary to pay each of them the publication fee?
R: No. The publication fee pays by a single author. For this, the one of authors has to fill the form and will fill the field concerning the participation fee with 1 (it’s represents the number of papers). If another author of the paper will want to attend to the conference, this has to fill another form. The field concerning the number of papers for which will pay the publishing fee, fills with 0. It hasn’t to fill with 0, the register form for each author, if the respective author won’t attend to the conference.

5. How can I get to Targoviste and then to Faculty of Electrical Engineering?
R: You can go by train from the North Station of Bucharest.
The best choice is by minibus (about 1 hour and 15 minutes). The minibuses leave from the Matache market-place (5-10 minutes walk from North Station) and run all day at thirty minutes interval. Please, see the site: http://www.hartionline.ro/buc/harta/k13.html. The price of a single ticket is 3 euro and the terminus point is to the railway station from Targoviste. The faculty is near the railway station of Targoviste (5-10 minutes walk).

For all persons who want, the organizers can make a reservation to Valahia Hotel or Dambovita Hotel. The price of the rooms isn’t in the price of the conference.
